Learn to Dive

If you've decided that you have an interest in learning to scuba dive then your best course of action is to book yourself onto a Come and Try It course. This will last about an hour and will get you in the water taking your first breaths from Scuba.

Your next step is to move on to the PADI Open Water Diver course, which consists of three parts:

Depending on your confidence level in the water, as determined in your try out, we can schedule the course to fit your needs.

There are two separate ways to complete the course, the first is the Referral course. This course will involve you completing the pool and theory work with the school. We will then present you with a certificate that you can take to a glamorous holiday destination and complete the last 4 open water dives.

The second is the full Padi Open Water Diver course. This is just the same as the referral course, except that the 4 open water dives are completed over a weekend, at the Gildenburgh inland dive site near Peterborough. For dates and times of courses please click here
