PADI Referral Course

So you don't fancy diving in the UK, that's fine - The referral course allows you to do the pool and theory in England and then finish your training on holiday.

What is it and What will I do?

This is the first half of the PADI Open Water Diver course, which is probably the worlds most recognised basic level diver qulification. It consists of a theory section and a pool section. In your theory lessons you will learn about the theory that underlies scuba diving and then take this theory and develop it over 5 Pool sessions. When it is completed you are presented with a referral certificate, which you can then take with you when you decide to complete the course

How long will it take?

This is largely down to you, and we will suggest a schedule based on your try dive. However as a guide, if you are comfortable in the water, the whole course can be completed in a weekend, at which point you will be presented with your referral certificate. If the weekends are not convenient then it can be carried out over a couple of weeks, two nights a week

Where do I have to go?

The theory sessions are delivered at our training facility, in the Shadwell Basin Activities Center and the Pool sessions are held at St Georges Pool, on the Highway, just around the corner. For directions check out the contact us section
